FOUNDER OF FUSION DENTAL, DOUGLAS WHITE, started his career in 1998 as a qualified  Dental Technician with a Degree in Dental Technology from Technikon Natal, South Africa.
After working in the UK and South Africa he emigrated to Brisbane Australia in 2004 where he worked for two prominent Brisbane laboratories learning to understand the need in the Australian market.

In 2008 Douglas opened Fusion Dental Laboratory. The lab was aimed at specialising in Crown and Bridge, cosmetic dentistry, all facets of Implant dentistry and in 2010 integrated Cad/Cam into Fusion Dental’s scope of services.

Douglas continues to develop his skills and knowledge by attending courses around the globe ensuring that he is up to date with the latest developments in the field of dental technology.

In 2016 Douglas was inducted into the Dental Technicians Guild, a group of technicians from around the world that are striving to change the face of dental technology by empowering technicians through knowledge and the sharing of that knowledge. Where their aim is to ensure high quality hand made products using machines as a tool in achieving the best possible restoration for the patient and the clinician.
